Basic Requirements for Membership:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must not have any non-traffic, criminal felony, and/or misdemeanor conviction in the last 10 years
• Must complete a membership application form and duly sign/submit it
• Must be approved by the Chairman of the ICCL Board of Directors (BOD)
• Must pay membership annually
• Must abide by the ICCL Constitution and any other ICCL rules/regulations/by-laws

Associate Member:

• Must fulfill basic requirements for membership
• Member has no voting rights

General Member:

• Must fulfill basic requirements for membership
• Must have completed a minimum of one year as an associate member
• Must be a Sunni Muslim
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
• Must reside in one of the following Maryland counties: Prince George's, Montgomery, Howard, or Anne Arundel
• Has the right to vote in ICCL Council and BOD elections
• Has the right to be elected as a Council member
• For Family Memberships, the spouse and unmarried dependent children of the age 18 and above and dependent parents of the age 55 and above, who share the same address, may also vote in ICCL Council and BOD elections
• Has the right to vote collectively as part of the General Body
